Jack Tried Countless Treatments with No Relief, until He Tried HFX

Before his implant Jack says his back pain had gotten so bad that he could barely make it through one game of pickleball without having to stop and rest. Now he can play consecutive games without rest, is able to stand for much longer periods of time, walk more and finds it so much easier to get up and out of a sitting position.
